Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this webshop. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Order Acceptance Policy

We must have full details of delivery (including postcode and telephone number) for your order to be processed. Your order will be processed if full payment details are completed.

All order requests received are subject to acceptance by Blaque Petals and any of its personnel, and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

Changes to Your Order

If you wish to change your order please do so, by contacting us at info@blaquepetals.co.za. We will do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card messages) that are requested no later than 24 hours after the order has been placed. At peak periods, we begin processing orders earlier than usual to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 3 days’ notice for any changes to be made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled no later than 25 hours after the order has been placed or 2 working days before the intended delivery date and a full refund will be issued. The easiest way to cancel your order is contacting us.

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our work at any stage, please contact us immediately on +27 (0)82 478-0835.

If, at our sole discretion, the flowers do not meet our high standards or are damaged in transit, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date. Blaque Petals cannot be liable for claims reported after 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that you will need to email us a proof of photo of the item or any other damages within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Products should be returned with the original packaging. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your exchange.

If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 14 working days.

Please do understand that we are unable to accept returns, each arrangement is catered and designed to a specific individual. We offer customers refunds or replacement flowers if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above. Blaque Petals can guarantee that you will receive your arrangement as shown on our website.
